Managing Director & Founder

I am the Managing Director of STR. With a passion for farming and community development, I have had the privilege of working with various NGOs in Rwanda, gaining a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within Rwanda's farming community.

I hold an MBA degree from Mount Kenya University and a B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology.

As the Managing Director, I am fully committed to driving positive change and fostering sustainable development within the farming community. I firmly believe in the transformative power of agriculture to uplift individuals and entire communities. It is my mission to ensure that STR plays a pivotal role in promoting the growth, prosperity, and well-being of farmers and the wider community.
